The online Gift Voucher is only valid for purchase at the Shades online store and not in our retail stores.

Purchasing

You can send the Gift Voucher to the recipient by email or you can choose to print it out and give it to them yourself. Do not include a recipient email address if you are not sure whom the gift voucher is for, or if you plan to print and personally deliver it. Fill in the details, pick an amount you wish to purchase and continue to checkout. You will then sign into your PayPal account, if you don’t have an account you can simply enter in your credit card details without having to sign up. Once completed the Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient or yourself depending on what you chose.

Redemption

Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Shades online store at www.shades.net.au. Shop online and then choose the item you wish to purchase. Select PayPal as your payment option. Log into your account. You must register for a PayPal account to redeem your voucher. You can register by clicking here to sign up. When prompted, enter your Gift Voucher redemption code and follow the last steps to complete your purchase.

Conditions

Printed Merchant Gift Vouchers are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card. Multiple Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases. Gift vouchers do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees. Neither Shades Shop Pty Ltd nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
